Student health center sent me to the big hospital. Got a CT scan on my abdomin, waiting for results. Hurts, but now I'm high on morophine. Campus PD is going to see if they can find anything.

UPDATE (update-ception?): Just got CT results back. Everything looks good, just some deep brusing / tissue damage. I figured as much, but the health center made a good point that there could be hidden damage, and it's best to check early.

Hopefully I'll be out of here soon.

Yup me too. Until then, enjoying the free wifi (and glad my tablet was in my backpack — my phone died).

Luckily the student health center gave me vouchers for a free cab ride here and back... otherwise I'd be stuck here. :/

Especially when I was sick, he would say "pssh, your not missing school, chug half the bottle of medicine" My mom would say that the instructions say only 1 spoon of whatever medicine, but my dad would say to chug it to feel better now not in 2 days lol. Of course, if I was lucky. Sometimes he'd say I was faking to stay home lol

You should make a post asking jalops in your area to help if they can and get it shared to the front page. Maybe someone will have an idea. Whoever did this needs to pay. Wouldn't be the first time jalopnik helped solve a crime.

Yeah when I tore some tendons in my ankle a few years ago, I went to my 3 hour chem lab, and realized by the end of it my ankle was the size of a softball and I couldn't stand on it... hell when I broke my wrist snowboarding, I drove 3 hrs home (manual) and back to work for the next couple days before deciding "this kind of hurts"

That sucks so bad. My mom rides bikes everywhere and she's been hit by drunk drivers a couple times. What's even worse is she said one time one of them stopped and tried to get her to go with them in their car. She kept saying she was ok even though she was pretty banged up because she was worried they were going to kill her to hide the evidence. I think my mom made the right call there.

On the other hand I keep trying to convince her to get a motorcycle. If you're gonna be exposed on a bike at least have power to get away from the assholes who can't stop hitting you.
